TOTAL WARS

Rezarus Total Wars CTF is the full-spectrum anything-goes tank combat experience. Every tank class, every weapon system, and every module combination is at your disposal — it's up to you to build the loadout that fits your playstyle. Seize control points, capture enemy flags, and wage all-out war on your own terms, whether you prefer close quarters combat with Jackals, long distance shelling with Mammoth, stealth mining with Phantom, or flagging with the Leopard. Total Wars CTF is the deepest most open-ended battle in the game. If you are new to Total Wars CTF, here's a guide to getting started in Rezarus's most expansive mode.

Total Wars CTF is still in BETA and so this section is still under construction. Other game modes like Impulse Wars, Laser Wars and Phoenix Wars are finished. Check back for updates soon.

Mode Skill Depth: 9/10

  • Individual Skill Depth: 8/10
  • Team Play Skill Depth: 10/10

Total Wars CTF is considered the highest skill depth mode in Rezarus, and for good reason. With access to every tank class, weapon, and module combination, the first challenge is simply settling on a loadout that suits your playstyle — and then learning how to make that loadout work effectively both as an individual and as part of a team. The number of options also means you can never fully anticipate what you'll face on the battlefield, so adaptability is just as important as mastery of your own setup.

Team play carries enormous weight in Total Wars CTF. Unlike Phoenix Wars where individual skill dominates, or Impulse Wars where positioning is king, Total Wars CTF rewards teams that coordinate and communicate mid-battle, and adjust strategy on the fly. A well-coordinated team can overcome significant individual skill gaps, while even a highly skilled solo player can be overwhelmed without support.

The mode has a high barrier to entry but an equally high ceiling for mastery with a very rewarding result. If Total Wars CTF feels overwhelming at first, spending time in Laser Wars is a great way to sharpen the fundamentals — shield management, aim, and teamwork — before diving into the full experience.
