REZARUS WEEKLY EVENTS

Every Friday, Rezarus runs a series of special game events — one-hour sessions where game parameters are pushed well beyond normal limits. Tank speeds, weapon rates of fire, damage, and impact forces are all subject to extreme modification, transforming familiar game modes into something chaotic and unique.


Machine Gun Impulse

Tanks race across the arena at 1.7× normal speed while unleashing an almost continuous stream of impulse fire. Impulse launchers fire at 20× the normal rate, backed by a 3000-round magazine, creating relentless pressure with almost no downtime. To balance the chaos, each impact carries reduced force, meaning enemies stay grounded longer before being launched. Victory comes from staying aggressive and stacking impacts. Close-range fights dominate here, where sustained pressure overwhelms opponents.

Every Impulse missile carries 10× normal impact force, turning each clean hit into a massive launch that will send tanks flying across the arena. The twist: fall damage is nearly eliminated, so a single launch rarely finishes the job. Instead, tanks often survive multiple devastating impacts before finally going down. To ensure destruction eventually happens, there is also no healing. Every hit permanently matters, making survival less about tanking damage and more about avoiding it entirely.

Insane Impulse

Impulse missiles travel at 5× normal velocity, transforming every shot into a near-instant strike with little visible travel time. Reaction windows practically disappear, shifting the mode heavily toward aim precision and prediction. If your crosshair is on target, the missile is already there. To keep the mode balanced, tanks move faster and fall damage is reduced, giving players more mobility and slightly better odds of surviving the chaos.

Sniper Assassin Phoenix

Phoenix missiles fire at 10× normal speed and deal double damage, creating a true long-range sniper experience where a single well placed shot decides the fight. Fall damage is completely disabled, allowing players to leap from any height to create aggressive angles, unexpected attack routes or escapes. The combination of near-instant travel time and high damage makes every hit decisive, while missing leaves you fully exposed during the reload. And one more thing: every tank is stealthed. Radar is gone. No pings. No warnings. If you want the shot, you must find it yourself.

Phoenix Impulse Hybrid

Phoenix Wars meets Impulse Wars. Gameplay stays close to standard Phoenix Wars, but impact force is amplified to 3× normal, giving every Phoenix missile the approximate knockback power of an Impulse Missile. Each hit violently disrupts positioning, throws off follow-up shots, and creates constant movement chaos for both attacker and defender. Core movement, damage, and pacing remain familiar — but mastering knockback becomes just as important as landing the shot itself. If you have ever wondered what mixing Phoenix and Impulse Wars would be like — this event mode does just that.

The Phoenix Missile Launcher becomes a Phoenix Bullet Launcher: fire rate increases 5×, missile speed jumps 5×, and ammo capacity expands to 1500 rounds, turning every tank into a spray and pray machine. Individual shots deal only 3% of normal Phoenix damage, so single hits barely matter. Success comes from volume. Dodging becomes difficult under the constant stream of fire, so thrusters remain active at all times keeping mobility high and fights fast. This is probably the closest Rezarus comes to a traditional automatic-rifle FPS experience.

Fast Lasers

Every element of Laser Wars is supercharged — tank speed doubles, laser projectile speed triples, and rate of fire quadruples. Energy drain drops to 25% of normal per pulse, meaning each burst costs far less, so battery drain is equivalent to that of regular Laser Wars. Damage is reduced to 40% per laser to offset the elevated fire rate. Expect screen-filling laser exchanges and chaotic close-range duels at double the normal mobility.

Instagib Lasers

One hit. One kill. Laser damage is set to 1000× normal, guaranteeing instant destruction upon any direct hit. Projectile speed is slightly reduced to 0.75×, giving opponents more ability and reaction time to dodge — but any laser that connects is immediately lethal. There is no chip damage. No recovery. No second chances. Standard tank speed and rate of fire keep the pace measured, while the complete elimination of any margin for error makes every exchange a pure test of aim and nerve. You may want to consider bringing Stealth into this one.
